Claire Harding
Yoga Teacher & Interdisciplinary Artist Exploring Movement and Mindfulness
Claire Harding is a yoga teacher and artist whose creative practice often weaves the two disciplines together. Grounded in movement, mindfulness, and visual exploration, her work reflects a deep curiosity about the relationship between inner experience and the outer world. Yoga informs her artistic process, bringing a sense of flow, balance, and presence to both her teaching and her art making.
After living overseas for several years, Claire gathered a rich range of influences from travel and adventure. These experiences continue to shape her visual language, inspiring images that thread colour, texture, and light through canvas and mixed media works. Her art often evokes a sense of place and journey, inviting the viewer to pause, reflect, and connect.
Claire studied Fine Art and English at the University of Exeter and Exeter School of Art, before completing a PGCE in Secondary Art Teaching. Alongside her studio practice, her background in education has fostered a strong commitment to sharing creativity with others, whether through teaching, workshops, or community-based projects. Through both art and yoga, Claire seeks to create spaces for exploration, expression, and wellbeing.
